Job Title: Product Manager Retail Product Lines 3
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite PHK)
Duration: 3 Months Contract (06/01/2026 08/28/2026)


Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager Retail Product Lines 3 to support the Global Apparel Training team. This role will provide parental leave coverage for Lead Product Line Managers and will be responsible for managing product creation projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring key initiatives remain on track through completion.
The ideal candidate will bring strong global product merchandising experience, a background in apparel product creation, and the ability to make informed business decisions while working with large cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support product creation projects within the Training Apparel business.
  • Drive project timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key decision-maker to keep projects progressing efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, design, development, and business partners.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, merchandising objectives, and execution plans.
  • Support seasonal product line management activities and product lifecycle processes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management and merchandising tools to support product planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Global Product Merchandising.
  • Experience in global product creation for training apparel.
  • Strong product management and/or merchandising experience.
  • Demonstrated success working with large cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with apparel product creation processes within a large global organization.
  • Knowledge of internal merchandising and product management systems.
  • Personal interest or experience in training, fitness, or athletic performance products.
  • Previous experience within the athletic apparel, footwear, or sporting goods industry.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with:
    • Keynote
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Miro
  • Experience with MMX or similar merchandising/product management tools is highly preferred.
Additional Information
  • Onsite role based in Beaverton, OR (PHK).
  • Candidates must be local and available to start immediately.
  • This is a parental leave coverage position with a hard end date of August 28, 2026.
  • Previous industry experience in athletic apparel or related product merchandising environments is strongly preferred.
