Summary:
BASX Solutions is a market leader in the manufacturing of high-efficiency thermal management equipment for data centers, clean rooms, and commercial & industrial HVAC systems, committed to innovation and excellence. As we continue to expand our product offerings and market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team.
The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing BASX’s product strategy by leading the full lifecycle management of one or more product lines. For this role, we are looking for an individual to focus on the BASX’s Data Center Equipment (“Products & Solutions”) portfolio. This includes driving products from concept to end-of-life with a focus on market alignment, innovation, and commercial success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of thermal systems, a passion for product innovation, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to market. This role may include direct reports.

Pay Range:
$102,876.00 - $139,186.00
