Job Description:
Oversee product lifecycle management and support strategic portfolio development for a B2B/B2C assortment in a matrixed, consumer-focused organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional product strategies and lifecycle plans
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, innovation, and sourcing teams
- Drive cost/quality improvements and manage sustainability initiatives
- Align launch plans and execute go-to-market strategies
- Analyze KPIs, product profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Gather business and customer insights to shape the category roadmap
Requirements:

- Experience managing diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Independent, solution-oriented thinker
- B2B/B2C background with product, brand, or category management
