Job Description:
Product Manager Contract | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to support a digital innovation team responsible for developing MVPs and proof-of-concept solutions within a fast-paced, iterative environment. This role requires a strong balance of product strategy, delivery excellence, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with engineering, design, and operational partners to validate new digital concepts, streamline user and operational workflows, and prepare successful initiatives for transition into scaled product teams.
This position is ideal for a product professional who excels in ambiguity, drives structured execution, and consistently delivers measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business problems and opportunities into clearly defined product requirements and MVP scopes. • Develop and maintain a structured product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization frameworks. • Evaluate potential solutions through value, risk, complexity, and stakeholder impact lenses.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Coordinate execution across engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to ensure timely progress. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, remove blockers, and maintain momentum toward defined outcomes.
• Drive rapid experimentation cycles, including prototype testing, user validation, and data-driven iteration. • Partner with design to refine user flows, usability considerations, and experience standards. • Consolidate findings and prepare validated concepts for transition into full-scale product development pathways.
• Facilitate working sessions, requirement deep-dives, and solution walkthroughs with diverse stakeholder groups. • Ensure alignment across teams by communicating priorities, progress, changes, and key decisions with clarity and professionalism. • Maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical partners to support seamless delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience driving MVPs, POCs, or early-stage digital product initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Strong expertise in Agile product delivery, including backlog management, story writing, prioritization, and iterative planning. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within small, cross-functional pods across engineering, UX, and business functions. • Skilled at structuring complex or ambiguous problem spaces, facilitating decision-making, and driving measurable outcomes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products, operational workflow tools, or enterprise solutions. • Familiarity with design thinking, service design, or innovation methodologies. • Background working in environments undergoing product-model or agile transformation.
