Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40/hr

Position Overview:
The Product Manager will drive product strategy and lifecycle management for animal health solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to launch new products, optimize existing offerings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and market requirements.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager:
  • Develop and execute product strategies for animal health solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present product updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Required Experience/Skills for the Product Manager:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical mindset for market and product data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of animal health or a related industry is required.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Product Manager:
  • Experience in the animal health or life sciences industry.
  • Exposure to product management in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with product launch and commercialization processes.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
