Role Summary

We are hiring a seasoned Product Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to spearhead a high-impact, customized CPQ implementation for a leading client in the book printing sector. This initiative goes beyond standard deployments, demanding advanced configuration, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate intricate product workflows into scalable CPQ solutions.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Principal Product Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements, drive solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a tailored Salesforce CPQ solution for a physical product–centric business.
• Elicit, document, and refine business requirements; develop user stories, process flows, and implementation artifacts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and align on solution design.
• Oversee CPQ configurations including pricing logic, product rules, quote flows, and system integrations.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communication through regular updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the CPQ subject matter expert, bridging business needs and technical execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager leading Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Demonstrated success in managing custom CPQ deployments (beyond out-of-the-box configurations).
• Strong grasp of CPQ fundamentals: product configuration, pricing strategies, and quote generation workflows.
• Experience with physical product environments-preferably in manufacturing, printing, or supply chain domains.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organized with a strong ability to drive clarity during early project phases.
