Responsibilities
- Act as the advocate for the Guest, driving a best-in-class digital experience across all online and mobile touchpoints.
- Define and execute product strategies that enhance digital experiences for both Guests and internal users.
- Translate the digital vision into actionable plansdeveloping user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases that clearly communicate requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, run sprint planning and stand-ups, and help teams prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Partner with design, engineering, and content teams to align development efforts with strategic goals, ensuring consistency in look, feel, and function.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and present digital roadmaps or progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor digital platform performance and lead optimization efforts through data analysis, A/B testing, and product enhancements.
- Support release management, including content updates, configuration, and technical upkeep to ensure platform reliability.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clarity around project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Own the delivery of high-impact digital and marketing projectson time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals to maintain quality and accountability at every stage.
Required Experience & Skills
- 35 years of product management experience in web or mobile environments.
- Background in digital strategy, marketing, or brand development preferred.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams within agile environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn concepts into execution.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced digital organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with go-to-market frameworks, release management, and content delivery workflows.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and digital production tools (page builds, media updates, troubleshooting).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making; skilled at building business cases and using metrics to support initiatives.
- Collaborative team player who builds trust and drives outcomes through partnership.
- Comfortable working across distributed or global teams.
- Proficiency with Agile processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Bonus: experience with mobile app release management (iOS/Android).
