The Product Manager-Medicaid & Duals manages insurance product offerings for each market and customer need. Reporting to the AD Product Manager, you will work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

As a Product Manager-Medicaid & Duals, you will:

o Serve as a strategic partner to Medicaid Market teams, supporting growth through tailored benefit insights and services.

o Enhance member and market experiences by delivering impactful, consumer-centric products.

o Lead the product lifecycle for assigned markets-from strategic planning through go-to-market execution

o Deliver ongoing client support by designing and implementing scalable, operationally sound solutions.

o Educate and empower associates to ensure effective benefit delivery.

o Translate contracts and regulation requirements into actionable product and operational strategies

o Organizing market research including analyzing industry trends and assessing strengths and weaknesses of competitors.

o Ensure effective and compliant implementation of benefits across internal and external stakeholders

o Analyze benefit performance and generate data-driven insights to inform product strategy.

o Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, financial, actuarial, and operational teams to design, administer and deliver benefits and services.

o Lead benefit filing processes with regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

o Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex benefit-related issues and inquiries.

o Support the creation of accurate internal and external communications related to benefits.

o Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Dual Eligible product management.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory and contractual guidance.
  • Experience in ensuring regulatory and operational compliance in cross functional environments.
  • Experience understanding health plan coverage and benefit design.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and synthesizing market insights.
  • Experience with agile delivery and project management.
  • Ability to drive process optimization, improve efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Must have the ability to accommodate EST/CST working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen
  • Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, or similar).
  • Experience in clinical operations or medical coding.
  • Experience designing benefits for successful RFP responses.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
