Product Manager

Xyngular is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will partner with internal development teams and external vendors as a Subject Matter Expert, driving clarity on scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes. This individual will need proven ability to define success metrics (KPIs) and drive initiatives that measurably improve business and customer outcomes.

Beyond core product ownership, you will act as an occasional technical point of contact for the team, assisting with high-level system troubleshooting and supporting the technical needs of occasional event IT support. This is a highly cross-functional position for someone who blends strategic product management with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Serve as the Product Manager for one or more internal development teams or outsourced vendors.
• Backlog & Strategy: Maintain a visible, prioritized backlog; write, maintain, and validate actionable user stories for IT teams and vendors.
• Operational Support: Act as an internal technical resource to help troubleshoot software hurdles and maintain team productivity.
• SME Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IT tools; research and evaluate new systems for team adoption.
• Stakeholder Communication: Represent the voice of the customer and clearly communicate timelines, priorities, and status updates-including providing technical coordination for occasional remote meetings.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Scrum Master and Project Manager to improve team efficiency and own the quality of delivery.
• Requirement Gathering: Define and document requirements through virtual or in-person stakeholder meetings.
  
  

  REQUIREMENTS

  Plus, expertise in the following:

  • Prior experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
  • Experience working directly with internal or external development teams.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile processes (Product Manager or Product Owner capacity).
