We operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations work closely together to continuously evolve and scale the platform for external clients.

  • Base salary above does not reflect discretionary bonus

Job Details

We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to help scale and evolve a growing B2B SaaS financial platform focused on cash flow visibility, financial analytics, integrations, and operational reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning products end-to-end, collaborating closely with Engineering teams, working directly with customers, and helping shape scalable product processes within a high-growth environment.

This is not a purely technical role, nor is it a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone with true Product ownership experience who can bridge customer needs, business priorities, and technical execution.

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership & Execution

  • Own and help prioritize key areas of the product roadmap
  • Manage and groom the product backlog
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile product workflows
  • Translate customer, operational, and business requirements into user stories and product specifications
  • Partner closely with developers and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Help drive product releases, testing, and functionality improvements

Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Meet directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand product pain points
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders
  • Help prioritize features and functionality based on customer and business impact
  • Support product adoption and continuous platform improvement initiatives

Product Strategy & Scalability

  • Workshop new product ideas, enhancements, and feature concepts
  • Help improve product processes, documentation, and operational scalability
  • Use product data, feedback, and market insights to improve workflows and functionality
  • Contribute to long-term platform growth and product maturity initiatives

AI & Emerging Technology Initiatives

  • Support future AI-enabled product initiatives and automation opportunities
  • Evaluate practical AI use cases that improve workflows, reporting, customer experience, or operational efficiency
  • Bring a commercially focused and practical mindset toward AI product development

What We’re Looking For

Required
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role
  • Experience working on digital products or B2B SaaS platforms
  • Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management experience
  • Experience working closely with software engineering/development teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable product deliverables
  • Strong roadmap ownership and product prioritization experience
  • Collaborative, hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments without requiring excessive structure

Preferred
  • Experience within fintech, SaaS, analytics, reporting, or financial technology environments
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, data workflows, or connected systems
  • Experience helping scale products or product functions within growing organizations
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products or automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with financial workflows, KPI reporting, or operational analytics platforms
