- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the HR domain, particularly in Workforce Management.
- The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in HR products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for HR and workforce management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Integrate AI-driven features into HR platforms to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify product opportunities.
- Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the HR domain.
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Management processes and tools.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and their application in HR systems.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):- Product Manager certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMI-PBA, AIPMM, or equivalent).
- AI-related certification (e.g., AI for Everyone, Machine Learning Basics, or similar).
