About Our Client & Markets Served
We are a leading global company specializing in engineering, manufacturing, and distributing innovative solutions across Air & Fluid Transfer, NVH, Complex Structural, Acoustic, and Thermal Management. Partnering with world-renowned OEMs, we deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet strict customer requirements and environmental standards.
While maintaining a strong, long-standing legacy in the medium and heavy-duty Commercial Truck and On-Highway vehicle spaces, this division is experiencing explosive growth within the Industrial Large-Engine Power Generation sector. Our mission-critical exhaust, acoustics, and after-treatment systems span an array of high-demand global markets, including:
" Data Centers & Hyperscalers (Critical backup infrastructure)
" Industrial Power Generation & Distributed Energy
" Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Systems
" Marine, Mining, Oil & Gas Power Systems
We are seeking a visionary, technically deep Product Manager to completely own and scale our next-generation After-Treatment product line. You will serve as the central technical expert driving customer requirements, navigating our global supplier ecosystem, and expanding our multi-million dollar market share.
Three Awesome Reasons to Work Here:
" Be the Face of an Exciting Growth Story: Work with a nimble global leader that is actively disrupting the industrial infrastructure market, doubling its division size year-over-year. You will be front and center with blue-chip companies, leading a high-visibility push into the booming data center sector.
" Zero Bureaucracy, True Autonomy: Escape the "same old, same old " routine of rigid corporate structures. We feature a highly collaborative, flat management environment where you are fully empowered to wear multiple hats and drive key strategic decisions without endless approval layers.
" A Truly Global Footprint: Command a product bookshelf that interfaces across a fluid international ecosystem collaborating with design controls in the US and India, manufacturing operations in Poland and India, and supplying regions from Australia to Brazil.
What You Will Be Doing:
" Own the Product Ecosystem: Take complete ownership of all things after-treatment for large-engine power generation, managing custom systems from initial concept to physical validation.
" Lead High-Level Technical Reviews: Partner with global sales teams to act as the technical subject matter expert during key client technical reviews, negotiations, and intake sessions.
" Translate SOWs into Engineered Solutions: Deconstruct complex customer statements of work/requirements and collaborate with internal NVH, thermal, and acoustic specialists to build out predictive data checklists (proving back-pressure and NOx reduction compliance).
" Manage the Supplier & Component Ecosystem: Navigate and manage the supply base for electromechanical sub-assemblies, including DEF systems, controllers, monitors, pumps, injectors, and sensors.
" Build the Future Product Roadmap: Evaluate current market trends to architect next-generation designs, populating our product bookshelf so we are continually ahead of evolving EPA Tier 4 Final compliance regulations.
What You Need for This Position:
" Experience: 12+ years of progressive engineering, application, or product management experience within the industrial exhaust, emissions control, after-treatment, or large-engine power generation spaces.
" Direct Industry Background: Proven success working within a leading manufacturer in the industrial emissions or exhaust space (or traditional heavy-engine OEMs like Cummins/CAT).
" Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a highly relevant technical discipline.
" Technical Acumen: Understanding of Diesel Oxidation Catalyst/ Selective Catalytic Reduction system architecture, fluid flow systems, electromechanical component integration, and predictive data validation.
What's In It for You:
In addition to a competitive base salary (up to $150k base-only structure) and a comprehensive benefits package (including top-tier medical, dental, vision insurance, a robust 401K with company match, and paid time off), you will step into a role with unlimited professional growth potential. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage a legacy manufacturer's footprint to build an aggressive, fast-moving underdog story that is transforming the global data center power infrastructure market.
