ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Own it from kickoff to launch: You’ll help translate partner agreements into clear, actionable product plans. You’ll work closely with the SVP of Business Development to clarify requirements, coordinate internal teams, and deliver smooth launches that meet partner expectations.
Productize the integration layer: Build reusable components, configuration tools, and internal dashboards that reduce developer dependency and accelerate onboarding of new partners.
Invest in tooling for scale: Develop a toolkit to support long-tail partners, making it increasingly easy to integrate with minimal engineering involvement.
Architect great experiences: Help partners launch white-labeled flows that feel native to their product while preserving Ria’s reliability, compliance, and conversion performance.
Coordinate across disciplines: You’ll work with business development, solutions engineering, compliance, and product/tech leads—sometimes asynchronously—to keep initiatives moving and unblock issues.
Use data to drive decisions: Ensure we’re instrumented, tracked, and learning from every integration. Post-launch, help optimize adoption and retention.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
You’ve shipped partner-integrated products before, like SDKs, white-label flows, or APIs, and you're comfortable navigating the complexity and coordination they require.
You take initiative and follow through. You work proactively to keep things moving and know when to escalate or step in to resolve issues.
You have enough technical fluency to work with engineers and ask the right questions (SDK auth flows, client vs server state, tracking, etc).
You care about the end user and can advocate for a strong user experience, even in B2B2C contexts.
You write clearly and manage stakeholders without creating noise.
You have 3+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, platforms, or embedded services. Startup or scale-up background is a plus.
