Job Description: Product Manager
We're looking for a visionary, strategic, and execution-focused Product Manager to shape and grow a platform serving production for end clients, as well as bringing new ideas to life. You'll bring vision to life, drive feature launches, and collaborate closely with a distributed team of engineers, designers, and consultants. This role is customer-facing, highly strategic, and execution-focused. You'll define roadmaps, engage directly with users ( English + Spanish), and own projects end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Turn product ideas into actionable roadmaps and features
• Engage directly with customers in English & Spanish to gather insights
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Prioritize, execute, and iterate on initiatives based on customer value
• Present and advocate for your product internally and externally

• Fluent Spanish (written & verbal)
• 3–5 years of product management experience
• Experience managing products in an Agile or hybrid environment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with execution focus
• Extroverted, collaborative, customer-centric

• SaaS, mobile, or enterprise software experience
• User research or analytics experience
