The Stellarus Product Management team defines technology products and brings them to market to help health plan customers improve cost, quality, experience, and growth. The Product Manager, Consultant owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platform and interoperability capabilities that enable secure, scalable data exchange in complex and regulated environments.
This role connects customer needs, business goals, and technical delivery-partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to deliver user-centric, value-driven digital solutions. With deep focus on APIs, integrations, and healthcare interoperability, this role drives the development and scaling of platform capabilities that support internal products, external partners, and nonprofit customers, while influencing priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes across multiple squads or a broader product area.

Your Knowledge and Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of relevant product management experience, including experience owning digital products across complex or regulated environments; healthcare, or enterprise platform experience strongly preferred
Strong experience shaping product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple squads or a broader product area
Strong experience delivering in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, or similar), including backlog management, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination
Strong proficiency translating customer, and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform architecture, with ability to partner effectively with engineering on technical trade-offs
Strong experience using data to define KPIs, implement product analytics, and inform prioritization and product decisions
Experience using AI-enabled capabilities across the product lifecycle to support discovery, decision-making, or product outcomes
Preferred
Hands-on experience with interoperability standards such as FHIR R4, HL7, and X12, and familiarity with the payer or health plan ecosystem
Experience translating regulatory mandates into product requirements and roadmap decisions
Experience partnering with privacy, security, and compliance stakeholders to implement governance- and compliance-by-design approaches
Experience owning platform KPIs such as uptime, latency, adoption, and data exchange volume
Experience delivering AI-enabled platform features, from use case definition through success metrics and adoption
Experience building multi-quarter roadmaps across multiple teams and managing integration or dependency-heavy delivery
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and decisions to senior technical and business audiences
Experience leading discovery in ambiguous problem spaces and establishing effective product discovery rhythms

Own the product lifecycle across a broader product area or multiple squads, from ideation through launch, measurement, and iteration, with emphasis on APIs, integrations, and interoperability capabilities
Translate complex customer, regulatory, and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs; align dependencies and trade-offs across teams
Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform solutions, including APIs, system integrations, and shared platform capabilities
Translate healthcare payer needs and regulatory mandates (e.g., CMS, ONC) into actionable product requirements supporting standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12
Define and evolve KPIs and product analytics (e.g., API uptime, latency, adoption, data exchange volume) to measure impact, guide prioritization, and drive continuous improvement
Lead go-to-market, enablement, and adoption efforts for platform capabilities, incorporating feedback loops to improve customer uptake and business value
