Has product management responsibilities that encompass supplier management, pricing, inventory and inventory planning, promotions, marketing, forecasting activities and strategy across assigned product categories. Facilitates all aspects of the sales process to include identifying new opportunities; developing sales solutions; closing sales opportunities; negotiating pricing; providing outstanding customer service and follow-up. Partners with other sales personnel to ensure sales efforts are maximized and opportunities uncovered. The role partners closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure service levels are met while maintaining inventory turn targets and minimizing overstock.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
