What will they be doing:
Support multiple Agile teams as a Product Manager/Product Owner.
Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
Manage stakeholders and facilitate business discussions.
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Partner with development teams throughout the SDLC.
Support operational, analytical, and AI-focused initiatives.
Must haves:
Preferred: 5-8 years
Strong mid-career candidates (6-7 years) preferred over more senior candidates lacking hands-on execution experience.
Strong Product Owner/Product Management experience.
Strong Business Analysis capabilities.
Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams.
Requirements gathering and documentation expertise.
Stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of SDLC and product delivery processes.
