Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Authorization & Network Connectivity team within Visa’s core network platform organization. This role sits at the heart of Visa’s authorization infrastructure and is responsible for products that enable secure, scalable, and resilient access to VisaNet and Authorization processing for issuers, acquirers, processors, and partners globally.
In this role, you will own and evolve a portfolio of network access, connectivity, file exchange, and clearing enablement products that are foundational to Visa’s processing ecosystem. This role requires strong technical fluency, excellent cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated, always‑on network environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at the intersection of network connectivity, APIs, file-based integrations, and large-scale transaction processing, and can translate complex platform capabilities into clear product direction and tangible client value.

Basic Qualifications • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD • Preferred Qualifications • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD • 6+ years of experience in product management, platform products, or large‑scale enterprise systems Experience with one or more of the following: • Network connectivity or integration platforms • APIs, file‑based data exchange, or B2B integrations • Payments processing, authorization, clearing, or settlement systems • Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering and architecture teams • Knowledge on AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus • Familiarity with SQL queries is a plus • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver outcomes in large, matrixed organizations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Experience operating products in regulated, high‑availability, mission‑critical environments is a strong plus

The estimated salary range for this position is $146,200.00 to $ 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
