Kforce has a client in Aurora, CO that is seeking a Product Manager. Summary: The Product Manager owns product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a defined product or value stream. Operating within the direction set by the Principal Product Manager, this role ensures the team is solving the right problems while enabling Product Owners and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Define and own product strategy aligned to company goals and product vision
  • Translate strategy into an outcome-driven roadmap and measurable success metrics
  • Lead continuous product discovery and customer validation to reduce delivery risk
  • Own initiative-level prioritization based on value, impact, effort, and risk
  • Partner with stakeholders and executives to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners to ensure consistent execution standards and strong backlog quality
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Owners to ensure delivery aligns to strategy and intended outcomes

Requirements:

  • Ability to define product strategy, translate it into an outcome-driven roadmap, and measure success using OKRs and KPIs
  • Strong experience leading discovery, gathering stakeholder and customer feedback, and validating ideas before development
  • Proven ability to own initiative-level prioritization, balancing value, impact, effort, risk, and changing insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive communication, alignment, and cross-team dependency resolution
  • Experience managing and developing Product Owners, including coaching on backlog quality, story writing, and Agile execution
  • Comfort partnering with Engineering and Product Owners to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and delivered outcomes in Agile environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
