As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with Lingo Product, Engineering, Design and Clinical leadership to craft and deliver on the Lingo product vision and strategy. The best product vision is only as good as what ships to our customers – so your work on exciting new products and features will span inception to launch. Along the way, you’ll build an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs and work across the Lingo and Abbott teams.
What You’ll Work On
Partner with other product managers, designers, engineers, clinical experts and regulatory experts to execute on the product vision.
Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers and their needs. Use this knowledge to challenge the status quo, find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas to identify and fill product gaps, grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Translate the product vision and utilize market and industry knowledge to develop detailed requirements, stories and acceptance criteria.
Exercise strong decision making by scoping and prioritizing activities based on customer and business impact.
Define and own end-to-end delivery strategy from inception to production (product features, roadmaps, and OKRs).
Meet with stakeholders to regularly review and report on progress, including impediments that need attention.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and “ownership attitude” while working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver the best experience for our users.
Manage product lifecycle: analyze product performance, manage improvements, additions, and updates; shepherd the product throughout its lifecycle, from launch through sunsetting.

The base pay for this position is
$90,000.00 – $180,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
