Pay:$48.00 - $55.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:
Client's Advisory business runs on data — and the products your team builds are how that data becomes insight, decisions, and competitive advantage for clients around the world. As a Product Manager on the Advisory Data & Research team, you'll own real products, lead a focused scrum team, and sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and the business. You'll be close to the work — and close to the users — shaping what gets built and why.

This isn't a coordination role. You'll help set the roadmap and define the vision. You will drive execution, and be accountable for outcomes. You'll partner with UX designers to make products people actually want to use, push engineering teams to ship with quality and speed, and represent the product to business leaders and D&T leadership alike.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the product roadmap — synthesize input from users, business stakeholders, and D&T leadership into a clear, sequenced vision for what to build and why.
  • Lead a scrum team in delivery: write sharp user stories and acceptance criteria, groom the backlog, lead refinement sessions, and actively participate in daily scrum meetings, demos, and lead user testing and rollout.
  • Drive product discovery alongside UX partners — conduct user research, run feedback sessions, and champion the end-user perspective in every decision.
  • Translate strategy into execution by collaborating closely with Engineering, turning product requirements into well-understood, buildable plans.
  • Define and deliver specific product implementations end-to-end, from problem framing through launch and measurement.
  • Represent your product to business leadership and D&T leadership — providing crisp, regular updates and connecting day-to-day work to broader strategic goals.
  • Spot problems before they become blockers: proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate with clarity and urgency when it matters.
  • Model RISE values on your team and in every cross-functional interaction — lead by example, build trust fast, and bring people along.

What You'll Need:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field — with a track record of shipping things that matter. A bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant experience counts.
  • Hands-on experience leading agile/scrum teams and a genuine fluency with the rituals: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos.
  • Strong instincts for prioritization — you know how to say no, and you know how to explain why.
  • The communication skills to work across levels: from a developer pair-programming to a C-suite stakeholder update, you adjust your style and land your message.
  • A bias for the user — you seek out feedback, ask hard questions, and let what you learn change your mind.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and keeping teams focused when the landscape shifts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with modern product management tools.
