Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience in advertising or leading product roadmaps in the consumer space.
  • Experience in policy development and implementation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting consumer user journeys specifically in advertising products.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams, with experience running horizontal or platform products.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the user privacy, security, or safety space, with experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive comprehensive product strategy, and provide detailed technical guidance to engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading 0->1 growth projects, thinking outside the box, and building innovative products with a strong passion for positive user experiences.

At My Ad Center (MAC), we believe that users should be in the driver’s seat of their advertising experience. As the PM on the MAC team, you will influence how millions of users interact with their ad preferences.We are looking for a visionary PM to lead the next evolution of MAC - moving beyond simple toggles to a sophisticated, AI-enhanced experience that balances user privacy with utility.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop deep insights of user behavior and sentiment on Google.
  • Be able to translate the understanding into ways to better model quality user experiences, either through new models/approaches or enhancing existing models.
  • Drive leadership alignment and buy-in on our high visibility projects, contributing to the long-term growth of our search advertising business.
