The Product Manager leads end-to-end product initiatives for healthcare digital experiences, including Find a Doctor and related tools. This role applies strong product thinking in a regulated environment, using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to improve member experiences, drive measurable outcomes, and incorporate responsible AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and support product initiatives tied to Find a Doctor and other healthcare experiences.
Apply strong product thinking to complex, regulated problems.
Write clear, detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for multiple user types with success metrics grounded in user and business value.
Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continually drive product improvements and demonstrate measurable outcomes from product releases.
Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Determine and analyze product-level KPIs to assess experience success or failure and define next steps through iteration.
Organize and lead effective brainstorming sessions.
Help identify and evaluate AI use cases such as summarization, personalization, decision support, and automation.
Conduct market research to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
Continuously learn through experimentation, feedback, and outcome measurement.
Build products that make healthcare easier to understand and navigate.
Improve transparency around accessing and navigating care options.
Deliver clearer access for members to their health information.
Use AI responsibly to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree.
Experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with both waterfall and agile practices.
Ability to define and track KPIs and use data to guide product decisions.
Proven ability to write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and clinical stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jira.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting to stakeholders.
Strong product thinking and problem-solving in complex, regulated environments.
Agile and waterfall methodology experience.
Experience creating and delivering presentations.
AI familiarity (e.G., summarization, personalization, decision support, automation) preferred.
Experience with Elastic and healthcare environments preferred.
Ability to lead brainstorming and discovery sessions.
Data-driven decision making and KPI analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jira.
Summary Qualification
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
Solid product management experience, ideally within healthcare or other regulated sectors.
Demonstrated success delivering digital product features end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with agile processes and tools.
Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to improve products.
