JOB TITLE: Product Manager 3
LOCATION: San Jose. CA (Hybrid)
PAY RANGE: $67 - $77/hr.
DURATION: 1 year

TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on conversational AI or agent platforms
• Proven platform PM experience working with APIs, multi-tenant services, governance, and observability
• Strong technical fluency across LLMs/agents, A2A protocols, MCP/skills, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, API design, data/privacy, and system integration

Duties:

• Drive platform vision, strategy, and execution for scalable, compliant, and observable agent operations.
• Balance dual mandates: internal workflow automation and external, cross-surface agent management across key properties.
• Translate business outcomes into clear platform capabilities, APIs, and governance.

Skills:

• 6+ years of product management with at least 3 years in conversational AI or agent platforms.
• Proven platform PM background (APIs, multi-tenant services, governance, observability).
• Experience delivering in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Technical fluency: LLMs/agents, Agent Harness, A2A protocol, MCP/Skills, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, API design, data/privacy, and system integration
• Strong stakeholder management and roadmap execution with engineering and design.
• Metrics-driven, comfortable with experimentation and cost/performance tradeoffs.

Education/Experience:

• 6 to 9 years of experience
