Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Management Trainer for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role requires a combination of onsite work (Tuesday-Thursday) and virtual work (Monday and Friday). The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to learners. This position involves a two-round interview process, with the first round being virtual and the second round conducted in person.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on product management principles and practices.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Prepare and present a PowerPoint showcasing a real-life example of training previously delivered, including the step-by-step approach used to plan, facilitate, and execute the training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Provide feedback and support to learners to ensure effective knowledge retention and application.

• Proven experience in delivering product management training or similar educational programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with learners.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to work both onsite and virtually as required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay Range: $100/hr - $110/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
