With limited supervision, this role will lead the Vertical Marketing strategy and commercial execution in support of global healthcare transportation ecosystems. Individual will own and develop product/portfolio strategy, roadmap and execution of global initiatives to drive commercial growth. This role will include working with global teams, including sales and customers with direct revenue accountability metrics.Essential FunctionsDeveloping and executing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and timelinesFact base, gap analysis, and recommendation development to solve customer problems and drive immediate resultsHighly complex project management across global teams and business unitsCross functional team leadership across global teams and business unitsProject and timeline issue resolution to ensure project and results achieve stated outcomes and objectivesOpportunity and issue identification that help meet or exceed state goalsExpert-level marketing analysis including computer-generated modeling to help facilitate meaning discussion and faster resultsBudget and forecasting modeling in alignment with project goals and objectivesInternal and external industry research to ensure project scope will meet customer requirementsDirect engagement with global teams, sales, operations and engineeringDevelopment and delivery of executive leadership presentation content and materialDirect revenue and key metric performance metrics results Preferred QualificationsDeep understanding of Global Healthcare Transportation ecosystems Strategic Marketing and Strategy development experience in these areas is required:Business case development Global level project coordination, leadership and management Opportunity assessment, gap analysis, strategic recommendations Executive presentation development and leadership Pipeline and lead generationFinancial modeling and assessmentsMinimum Education Master’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.
