Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive AI Content & UX/SharePoint Consultant to support the development of an AI-powered sales enablement platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, and other business teams to create, organize, and maintain AI prompts and supporting knowledge assets. You will help build a scalable library of AI use cases while ensuring an intuitive user experience through effective content organization and SharePoint collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple AI content and knowledge management projects simultaneously.
Partner with subject matter experts to gather business requirements, source materials, and identify documentation gaps.
Design, develop, and maintain AI prompts, workflows, and knowledge repositories.
Organize and integrate content to optimize AI grounding and overall user experience.
Identify opportunities for new AI prompts, workflows, and business use cases.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI-enabled solutions.
Utilize SharePoint for collaboration, content management, and knowledge sharing.
Apply UX/UI best practices to improve content accessibility and user adoption.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs and continuously improve prompt quality and effectiveness.
Work independently while effectively communicating project status and influencing cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI or Experience Design.
Strong practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
Experience creating AI prompts, workflows, knowledge bases, or AI-enabled business solutions.
Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
Hands-on expertise with SharePoint for collaboration and content management.
Excellent communication, interviewing, organizational, and documentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proven time management skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience in knowledge management, enablement, business analysis, or content strategy.
Financial Services and/or Merchant Services industry experience.
UX web design experience.
Ability to bring innovative ideas and process improvements.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
