The IAMD Business Unit Chief Engineer is the overall technical authority for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) product line. The IAMD Business Unit Chief Engineer is accountable for all technical aspects of IAMD products and leads a team of engineers to ideate, conceptualize, develop, launch, and sustain products throughout the total product lifecycle. The IAMD Business Unit Chief Engineer works with Customers and Product Line Managers to develop concepts of operations which feed into product roadmaps to meet business objectives. The IAMD Business Unit Chief Engineer chairs the technical review boards and drives the technical requirements for any failure analysis and root cause corrective action activities. The IAMD Business Unit Chief Engineer will also serve as functional leader to a small and distinguished group of Program Chief Engineers (PCE).

Salary Range: $199,507.16 - $269,500.00
