Product Installation EngineerSelected candidate must be able to work 6 days/week, 10 hours/day.Be the Face of KLA Technology at our Customer Sites Worldwide.What You'll Do:Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standardsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsPerform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of highly complex semiconductor capital equipmentCollaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownershipProvide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation processComplete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on timeSecure warranty signoff on newly installed toolsHow You'll Work:Operate independently while following documented procedures, exercising sound technical judgment within defined guidelinesWork under guidance from managers and senior IEs, with increasing autonomy as experience growsEngage effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional environmentsExtensive travel domestically and internationally to support customer installations worldwideWhat You Bring (Qualifications):Strong knowledge of electronics, optics, mechanical, electromechanical, and electro-optical systemsExperience with high-vacuum systems strongly preferredComfort working with computer systems, operating systems, and networking (Windows, Unix, or similar environments)Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly self-motivated, organized, and detail-orientedAble to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographiesMinimum Qualifications:A degree in ASET (or equivalent work experience) in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.Base Pay Range: $27.46 - $46.69 Per HourPrimary Location: USA-AZ-ChandlerKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits (including an employee assistance program (EAP)), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.We are committed to complying with all applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements where applicable.
