ITProFound is Hiring – Product Growth Associates

We are seeking energetic, reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing Minneapolis team.

If you like talking to customers on the phone, building relationships via email outreach or meeting businesses face to face we have opportunities for you.

Office Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN and Territory - Twin Cities, MN

Compensation: $18.00 per hour + Performance Incentives + Travel Expense Reimbursement

Available Career Tracks:

1)Inside Sales & Lead Generation

  • Cold calling and email outreach
  • LinkedIn prospecting
  • Appointment scheduling

  • Driver's License is optional.

2) Field Business Development

  • Client visits and relationship building
  • Product demonstrations
  • Networking and prospect meetings
  • Market outreach and business development
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License (Required)
  • Reliable Transportation (Required)
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Twin Cities metro area
  • Professional appearance and communication skills

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: Customer Outreach & Field Activities
  • Friday: Office Collaboration, Training, Planning & Team Meetings
