Product Engineer

In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed application guidelines for the product line. You will create a technical roadmap for new product development and establish systems to ensure that product requirements are clearly understood by various teams within Saint‑Gobain Abrasives, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $89,650 to $139,150.
