Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
· 3+ years of vehicle electrical system design, testing, or integration.
· Experience with wiring harnesses, electrical schematics, and components.
· Understanding of hardware/software interaction.
· Experience managing engineering project deliverables.
· Knowledge of product development processes.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to support off-shift production when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Off-highway or agricultural vehicle experience.
· Experience creating and maintaining BOMs.
· Experience with 3D CAD tools for electrical systems.
· Knowledge of embedded software validation (SIL/HiL).
· Project management experience.
· Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
· Familiarity with systems engineering practices.
· Advanced engineering training or related experience.
Description:
· Develop electrical systems for riding lawn mowers and compact utility tractors.
· Design, test, and validate electrical hardware and software solutions.
· Create and release vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical systems.
· Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
· Work with suppliers on component development and integration.
· Support vehicle builds and production activities.
· Participate in design reviews and cross-functional engineering projects.
· Prepare technical documentation and engineering specifications.
· Improve engineering processes and support product development.
· Travel up to 10% as needed.
