The Product Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful launch, adoption, engagement, and ongoing use of NCM digital products, services, and client-facing tools. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Client Services, Training, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure new and existing products are clearly communicated, well understood, and effectively adopted by intended users. This position helps bridge the gap between product development and product usage by supporting launch planning, internal readiness, training, communication, feedback collection, and adoption efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support product launch planning and execution, including launch timelines, readiness checklists, communication plans, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain product enablement materials, including internal guides, FAQs, talking points, training resources, release notes, product summaries, and client-facing support content as needed.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Client Services, Training, Marketing, and other teams to ensure internal stakeholders understand product value, intended use, target audience, positioning, and key messaging.
  • Help prepare internal teams to support product launches, enhancements, adoption campaigns, and client-facing conversations.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of product training sessions, demonstrations, webinars, and other enablement activities.
  • Assist in developing clear product positioning and value-based messaging that explains the purpose, benefits, and use cases of NCM digital products and services.
  • Monitor product adoption feedback and help identify barriers to engagement, understanding, usability, or effective use.
  • Work with the Product Analyst to review usage, adoption, and engagement data and recommend enablement actions based on observed trends and user behavior.
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and users to help inform future product enhancements, communication needs, training opportunities, and adoption strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of roadmap items, upcoming releases, and product enhancements to ensure enablement planning begins early in the product development process.
  • Support post-launch evaluation to assess whether products are being understood, adopted, and used as intended.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities to ensure launch participants understand roles, responsibilities, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Help create, refine, and maintain a consistent product launch and enablement process across digital products, services, and client-facing tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product communication, training resources, adoption support, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as a product enablement resource for internal teams by helping answer questions, clarify messaging, and connect stakeholders to appropriate materials or subject matter experts.
Maintain product documentation and product knowledge resources, including SharePoint pages, internal guides, product summaries, FAQs, and launch materials.
  • Review support tickets, user feedback, training questions, and stakeholder input to identify common product friction points and enablement needs.
  • Support client focus groups, product feedback sessions, and client advisory board activities as needed.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to understand where users are struggling and recommend training, communication, workflow, or product improvements.
  • Help identify overlap, confusion, or inefficiencies across the product portfolio and support clearer product positioning and usage guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Training, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, training, customer success, communications, product operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and audience-appropriate materials.
  • Ability to translate product features, workflows, and technical concepts into clear value-based messaging for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting product launches, adoption programs, change management initiatives, or internal readiness efforts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital products, SaaS tools, client portals, data/reporting products, or financial products is preferred.
  • Experience with presentation tools, documentation platforms, webinar tools, CRM systems, product analytics tools, or project management platforms is a plus.
  • SharePoint experience, including editing pages or maintaining internal documentation sites, is a plus.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, webinars, product demos, focus groups, or user feedback sessions preferred.
  • Experience reviewing support tickets, customer feedback, or user behavior to identify adoption barriers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting, dealership operations, financial reporting, or performance management products is strongly preferred.
