Job Title: Product Documentation & Labeling Specialist
Location: Reading, Pennsylvania
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $20 – $30.00/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Overview
Join a Premium Bakery Brand in the food manufacturing industry as a Product Documentation & Labeling Specialist. This role supports new and existing product lines by ensuring accurate documentation, specifications, and FDA-compliant labeling for both domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities
• Support product lines with accurate, compliant documentation and labeling
• Update Bills of Materials and provide R&D recipe documentation (RDP/RDU)
• Issue SOP changes and coordinate packaging/label content
• Maintain label databases and files in QAD and Bartender
• Adjust labeling based on production schedules and customer needs
• Create/update product specifications in Genesis
• Support international labeling and nutrition calculations
• Perform system updates and data entry for accuracy
• Assist with operational and process improvement projects
• Develop process flows (Visio) and track projects (Excel)

Requirements
• 3+ years of technical admin experience in manufacturing
• Food manufacturing or finished goods experience preferred
• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with QAD, Genesis, Styleline, Bartender, or similar systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
