- Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions in fiber and digital solutions.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify innovative opportunities.
- Lead feasibility trials, prototyping, and scale-up for industrialization.
- Introduce new materials and technologies to enable next-generation products.
- Prepare patent disclosures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Organize technical meetings with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Benchmark competitor products and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to refine concepts.
- Provide application engineering support for optical fiber cable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Materials, or Applied Physics).
- 10+ years in R&D, product development, or innovation roles.
- Expertise in fiber and optical fiber cables.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Master’s degree in a technical field.
- Experience with UV-curable materials and curing processes.
- Proficiency in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation.
- Strong project management and root cause analysis skills.
