We’re hiring a Product Development Manager who doesn’t just talk about ideas—you bring products to life, scale them, and get them into production.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead end-to-end product development + commercialization
- Drive new product innovation AND improvement of existing products
- Partner with leadership to shape product strategy and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, QA, marketing, co-manufacturers)
- Conduct and support consumer research + product testing
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine processes for scalability and efficiency
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product development experience in food manufacturing
- Proven track record of launching and commercializing products
- Strong background in process development, testing, and optimization
- Experience working with meat products (kosher experience is a PLUS)
- Ability to lead projects at a commercial/production scale
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once without missing deadlines
Must-Have Skills
- Strong analytical + problem-solving mindset
- Excellent project management and organization
- Ability to work independently AND lead cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of food safety, QA, and regulatory standards
Education
- BS/BA in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
