The Rothschild Mill, (Wisconsin, United States) is seeking a New Product Development/FDA Compliance Coordinator that is an energetic and driven individual to develop and implement new products for strategic business. This position is ideal for someone who is process-minded, has a strong understanding of papermaking and quality processes, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and loves solving challenges through collaboration and hands-on problem-solving. This role will work extensively with customers, product management, sales, and the mill operations team to develop new strategic business. This position reports to the Strategic Business Unit Leader.
Key goals include: developing new strategic business that aligns with machine capabilities, industry trends, and sustainability to secure the future of the Paper Mill.
