Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3–6+ years of product design experience across B2B or B2C digital products
• You’re highly proficient in Figma and comfortable creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• You have experience participating in customer discovery (interviews, usability testing, etc.)
• You can simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive product experiences
• You collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional team
• Your portfolio demonstrates strong product thinking and problem-solving, not just visual design

• Contributing to discovery and helping the team learn from real customer insights
• Exploring multiple design directions and guiding the team toward the best solution
