D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Product Designer UX. The right candidate is responsible for designing intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences that support the end-to-end homebuying journey across customer-facing applications. This role translates customer insights, business objectives, and brand standards into scalable mobile design solutions that enhance usability, drive engagement, and improve conversion across iOS and Android platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Design end-to-end mobile user experiences across iOS and Android platforms supporting home search, buying, and customer engagement journeys

  • Translate customer needs, behavioral data, and research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Optimize mobile experiences for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices and screen sizes

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints

  • Conduct user testing, analyze behavioral data, and refine designs to improve conversion and engagement metrics

  • Ensure consistency with brand standards, design systems, and mobile UX best practices

  • Contribute to and evolve mobile design systems, components, and interaction patterns

  • Support implementation by partnering with engineering to ensure design fidelity and quality execution

  • Participate in cross-functional planning and design reviews

  • Stay current on mobile UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies

  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field

  • 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a focus on mobile applications

  • Strong knowledge of mobile UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive mobile experiences

  • Designs experiences grounded in customer behavior, needs, and usability best practices to drive engagement and satisfaction

  • Uses analytics, testing, and user feedback to continuously improve mobile experience performance

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications

  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision

  • The noise level is generally moderate
