Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Product Design (UI/UX). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the core members of our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Product Management to comprehend customer needs, motivations, and pain points through methods such as customer interviews, usability tests, and qualitative research. • Generating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes. • Additionally, producing clear documentation to translate research findings into visualized product features for both the Product team and Engineers. • Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience by continuously monitoring user interactions with the product and implementing improvements. • Conducting experiments to enhance the customer experience for our customer-facing products. • Making strategic decisions concerning user experience related to product functions and features.

Our Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Over 2 years of working experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role within a tech product company or agency. • Location in Ho Chi Minh City. • Professional training in UI/UX Design or Product Design (e.g., FPT, MindX, Arena). • Solid knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user testing, interaction, and visual design. • Experience in conducting customer research and usability testing. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. • Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English. • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, grid systems, layouts, icons, and interactivity.
