Product Designer (UX/UI) - Authenticated Experiences - Level 1 

Are you looking to grow your career in UX or product designer ?  

In the roles you will be hands on producing designs within an existing framework, incorporating feedback, and clearly telling the story behind their work. This is a level 1 position on our larger team so you do not need to have experience independently leading a complex experience workstream, but instead bring your initial foundation of UX and your strong organized, thoughtful, collaborative work style, and be ready to grow.

In this role you will support design work within the authenticated customer experience. They will contribute to onboarding, registration, login, AI-enabled experiences, and customer-facing dashboard features.

Most of the work will be completed in Figma using an established design system. The designer will help create and refine screens, user flows, content hierarchy, and interaction patterns under the guidance of more senior designers and experience leads.

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Product Designer to work within the authenticated experience, contributing to the design, content, architecture, and user flows for onboarding, AI integration, registration, and login experiences. The majority of the work will be completed in Figma while adhering to established design system standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and contribute to authenticated user experiences.
• Create and refine design solutions for onboarding, AI integration, registration, and login flows.
• Develop content, information architecture, and user flows.
• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool and follow the standard design system.
• Apply systems thinking across a large, interconnected ecosystem.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to understand complex requirements and dependencies.
• Design customer-facing dashboard experiences with clear content and action hierarchy.
• Contribute to delivering a best-in-class authenticated user experience.
• Communicate ideas effectively through storytelling.
