Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Line Manager 3. This role involves managing and overseeing the product creation for our basketball consumer, with strategic and creative facets of the work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Line Design with Apparel performance wear products.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the basketball industry or culture, with a passion for basketball.
Strong product management experience.
Ability to take a project from start to finish, including getting Geo feedback and implementing changes into the design.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Knowledge in performance apparel.
Self-starter, with the ability to hit the ground running and take initiative in learning processes.
Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally and communicating across seniority levels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead product and design reviews, connecting with merchandising at key strategy check-ins.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and create compelling visual tools to influence design and merchandising.
Collaborate with the Basketball Senior Product Director, Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Sports Marketing, and elite athletes.
