Product Concierge at Mercedes-Benz Dealership

What You'll Do

As a Product Concierge, you'll serve as a key part of our Guest Relations team, helping create exceptional experiences for customers throughout their ownership journey.


You'll be the bridge between our luxury brand and the guests we serve, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and hospitality that define the Mercedes-Benz experience.


Responsibilities Include:

Guest Relations & Customer Experience

  • Serve as the primary contact for Vehicle Exchange Program (VEP) and Service guests
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Escort customers to appropriate departments and assist with navigation throughout the dealership
  • Create memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure
  • Assist customers with merchandise purchases and inventory restocking

Vehicle Delivery & Technology Support

  • Conduct vehicle technology orientations and feature demonstrations
  • Assist customers with Bluetooth pairing, garage door programming, Mercedes-Benz technology features, and connected services
  • Ensure customers feel confident and comfortable using their vehicle's features
  • Provide follow-up support and additional technology training when needed

Mercedes Me Connect Administration

  • Ensure 100% Mercedes Me Connect activation or documented customer decline
  • Manage account activations, deactivations, chargebacks, and account corrections
  • Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
  • Provide re-deliveries and follow-up assistance as needed

Special Events & Dealership Support

  • Prepare vehicles for delivery experiences using bows, red carpets, chocolates, and premium presentation materials
  • Support dealership events and customer appreciation activities
  • Promote online reviews, customer testimonials, and social engagement opportunities
  • Assist with product knowledge training and dealership initiatives
  • Support special projects and guest experience programs


What Success Looks Like

In Your First 90 Days:

  • Successfully complete onboarding and Mercedes-Benz product training
  • Learn dealership guest experience standards and delivery procedures
  • Demonstrate confidence with Mercedes-Benz technology platforms
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Deliver consistently professional guest interactions
  • Successfully manage Mercedes Me Connect activation processes

Compensation & Opportunity

  • $22 per hour
  • Full-time position
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday: Off
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
