Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Product Architect for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate with experience designing enterprise analytics platforms, scalable data pipelines, and reporting solutions to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
Rate Range: $56/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Architect Job Responsibilities include:
Define and implement enterprise BI, analytics, and data architecture strategies aligned with business and data governance objectives.
Design and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, semantic models, and reporting solutions using Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Lead Power BI architecture, governance, security, performance tuning, and self-service analytics initiatives across the organization.
Develop and maintain cloud-native data platforms, including Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture solutions, ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver KPI-driven dashboards, analytics solutions, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
Drive DataOps, DevOps, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and platform modernization efforts while mentoring development teams and promoting best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Analytics solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data warehousing/analytics architectures.
Proven experience designing scalable cloud-based data platforms, implementing DataOps/DevOps practices, and leading BI reporting and analytics modernization initiatives.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $75.00 per hour
