Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Product Architect for a Contract with a client in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate with experience designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement platforms to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing journeys.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Architect Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions, including customer journeys, offers, decisioning rules, triggers, and personalization strategies.
Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and enterprise marketing technology ecosystems.
Define and manage XDM schemas, customer profiles, identity resolution, and real-time event data models to support customer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to optimize Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms for audience activation and journey orchestration.
Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot data flows, integrations, and customer journey performance to ensure accurate and effective campaign execution.
Partner with Marketing Operations, CRM, Martech, Legal, and Business teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and maintain platform documentation, testing plans, and implementation standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Customer Experience Platforms, Digital Marketing Solutions, or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, customer journey orchestration, offer decisioning, and personalization strategies.
Proven experience with XDM schema design, identity stitching, Snowflake integration, real-time customer data activation, and cross-functional delivery of enterprise customer engagement solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
