Job Summary and Qualifications The primary responsibility for this position will be to define, implement and support integration of customer source HIS systems to HCA Healthcare Revenue Cycle systems, with the primary focus of MEDITECH Expanse. Support business owners related to system enhancements or system issues and considered the ITG liaison between development and business. Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements and the business need.This position requires a background and operational experience with healthcare business practices and with healthcare IT revenue cycle systems, specifically a sound knowledge and experience in Patient Access, Admissions, Billing and Collections. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESElicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirementsProvides expertise in design and provides leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training. Creates deliverables independently and in conjunction with the business area and other team members and manages approvals. Provides coordination and clarification to project resources in support of product or solution development, testing, and training/education. Ability to multi-task, given various assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasksBuilds network of relationships to draw upon for business expertise that may be required in key areas.Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other analyst and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
