Job Summary/Description:
Hawaii News Now, Gray Medias flagship station group in Hawaii, is hiring a dedicated Producer/Director to lead student-produced live streaming coverage of University of Hawaii at Mnoa Athletics events. This is a unique, mission-driven role at the intersection of professional broadcast production and hands-on student education, helping train the next generation of Hawaiis broadcast talent while delivering quality live games for UH Athletics.
This position serves as the primary production leader for approximately 30 to 50 UH-produced streaming events annually, covering non-selected games across a wide
range of sports. You will work in close coordination with HNNs Sports Program Director and other key HNN Leaders, and in direct partnership with the UH Athletics
Director of Digital Media, others from the UH Athletics external team, UH students, and UH academic programs.
