COMMERCIAL PRODUCER | Top National Broker
Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Producer to join one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country. This is a rare opportunity to join a producer-led organization, with cutting-edge AI tools, and equity options.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K+ premiums)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain client relationships

Conduct needs assessments and risk analysis

Present comprehensive insurance solutions

Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations)

Cross-sell across P&C, Benefits, and Personal Lines platforms

Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates

QUALIFICATIONS
Active P&C license

Middle-market account experience

Proven new business development track record

Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition

COMPENSATION
Aggressive commission splits

Base salary + bonuses
