Procurement Manager
Listed 7 hours Ago
McKay Limited
Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure
Build something that lasts. Lead something that matters.
This is not a typical Procurement Manager role. This 9-month fixed-term opportunity is a rare mandate to design, establish, and embed a full enterprise procurement function at McKay, creating a sustainable capability that will shape how the business operates long into the future.
Reporting into the Executive General Manager - Finance & Commercial the Procurement Manager will have a Procurement Lead reporting to them, responsible primarily for project-related procurement execution, while the Procurement Manager focuses on strategy, governance, operating model design, capability uplift, and executive engagement.
As the functional authority for procurement, you will work closely with executive, commercial, and operational leaders to position procurement as a strategic enabler of performance, not just a transactional service.
You can choose to be based in either our Auckland or Whangarei office, depending on your preference.
