Position Summary:
We're looking for a Procurement Manager to build something from the ground up. As an individual contributor with broad ownership, you'll shape how we source, negotiate, and manage every dollar of third-party spend. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature function, you'll be the designer of our procurement operation, building out the processes, systems, and supplier relationships.
You'll lead the end-to-end sourcing process, identifying suppliers, evaluating their fit, negotiating commercial terms, and selecting partners who can grow with us. Beyond sourcing, you'll stand up a formal purchase order process where one doesn't yet exist, manage our existing credit programs, and bring structure to how contracts move through our organization.
Day to day, you'll work in NetSuite ERP to manage procurement transactions and vendor data, and in Gatekeeper to oversee the full contract lifecycle — from intake and approvals through renewals and documentation. You'll partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure every purchase is cost-effective, every contract is compliant, and every supplier is performing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement with business priorities
Analyze spend, surface cost optimization opportunities, and report on procurement performance
Manage procurement transactions and vendor master data in NetSuite ERP
Coordinate the full contract lifecycle through Gatekeeper
Design and roll out a formal PO and procurement process across the business
Build and own supplier relationships, holding partners accountable to performance standards
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
Sharp negotiation instincts, strong vendor management discipline, and the ability to back your decisions with data
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and a contract lifecycle management system (Gatekeeper strongly preferred)
5–7 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in a service-based business
NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance.
NAR is on a hybrid schedule and in the office 3 days a week.
